This coin was minted at three locations: Denver, Philadelphia and San Francisco. Denver coins carry a letter “D” below Eisenhower’s neck, while Philadelphia coins have no mint-mark. All coins of Denver and Philadelphia were stuck for regular circulation. San Francisco coins carry a letter “S” below Eisenhower’s neck. All San Francisco coins were struck in proof condition for collectors.
